Eid Milad: Sindh govt declares public holiday on December 1

Pakistan Press Club KARACHI: The Sindh government on Tuesday declared December 1  public holiday  on account of Jashan-e-Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH), according the Notification issued by the Sindh government.

The Sindh Home Department has issued a  notification according to which school, colleges and departments under the administrative control of the provincial government will remain closed on December  1.

Muslims  celebrate  the birth  of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) on the 12th of Rabiul Awaal, the  third month in Islamic  calendar.
